I was lucky enough to get on the trial of Slimavite meal replacement and this is my journey
On Friday my Shakes arrived so I weighed myself and measured my waist

Day 1
I started using the shakes on Saturday and i found it OK as my boys where out so I only had to feed myself, I didn't have to watch them eat yummy food while I have my shakes, I had a Strawberry one for breakfast and a vanilla one at lunch time. I had a snack of Banana and Strawberrys. At tea time I cooked a large batch of ratatouille so I could freeze batches. I had a portion of this with a roasted chicken breast, Yummy
Ratatouille reciepe
2 onions diced finely
4 cloves of garlic
2 lrg aubergines choped roughly
3 cougettes choped roughly
1 red pepper and 1 green pepper chopped
2 tins tomatoes
handful of basil
salt and pepper
Fry the onions untill soft add the garlic after a couple of minutes add the rest of the choped ingredients and fry for about 5 minutes until slightly softened. Add the tomatoes, rub the basil between your hands before tearing and adding to the pan, season to taste and simmer on a low heat for 25 minutes.
Day 2 Sunday
9am I had a chocolate milkshake which was really tasty
11.30 I had a Banana
1pm I had a strawberry milshake, I was so tempted to have a slice of eggy bread as this is what my boys where eating, I resisted.
6pm teatime I ate a pork chop that had been grilled and the fat removed and with this I had 3 roast potatoes and lots of veg.
I put my boys to bed at 7.30 and did the housework before doing my 20 minute Zumba routine.
Day 3 Today Monday
I had my favorite shake chocolate for breakfast at about 9am
11.30 and snacktime I had some chopped mango
1pm and lunchtime I had a vanilla shake
We went food shopping in the afternoon and I bought loads of salad and fresh fruit.
5.30pm and teatime I was feeling a little lazy so I had a chicken fillet and a third of a tin of spaggeti hoops.
The children where in bed at 6.30 as they where both tired so I got the housework done early and did my 20 minute Zumba routine.
Im feeling positive that I will succeed to my goals.
